Grant established his real estate career here in the Greater Denver Area in 1987, where he quickly gained recognition as a top producer and went on to win numerous awards. In the 1990s Grant was promoted to managing broker for Coldwell Banker South Suburban location, shortly thereafter he was approached by Keller Williams and opened a new Keller Williams office in Highlands Ranch where Grant built and ran one of the top 500 real estate offices in North America, ultimately closing over 2 billion in sales, earning national recognition as an industry leader, coach and trainer.

Working with Phil Haas the team has established a reputation for outstanding performance including several recording-breaking sales from Northern Colorado Springs, Evergreen, Greater Denver, and Broomfield.
